Royal Selangor’s Breast Cancer Awareness: Get Your Jelly On: 30-day challenge (CLOSED)
Hello people! I am back to the blogging scene again! After slightly more than 1 week of holiday with my family, I am back to my daily routine, though unwillingly. Anyway, just before I went on holiday, I was contacted by Royal Selangor to take part in a “Get Your Jelly On – 30-day Challenge”. I thought it long and hard, then I decided to give it a go!
So, what is this “Get Your Jelly On – 30-day Challenge”? In line with the Breast Cancer Awareness in October, Royal Selangor has set up a challenge for 10 bloggers from all over the world to showcase one recipe each day using Royal Selangor Pewter Jelly mould. So, for the next 30 days, you will see new exciting way using Royal Selangor Pewter Jelly mould, which is designed by a British designer, Nick Munro. This challenge doesn’t sound easy at all! I hope to do my very best to come out with 30 ideas how to use the jelly mould!
To kick start my first day of challenge tomorrow, I am delighted to announce that I will be giving away an Olympus VG-110 camera to one of the lucky readers, worldwide! What a fabulous go at molecular gastronomy. I particularly like the smaller spheres around the edge of your creation. They are so pretty.
The smaller ones were my trials using the pipette that comes with the kit. 🙂

The sago pudding looks good! Any tips on how to get the sago pearls cooked through? Mine are usually still hard in the centre. =P
You have to cook until they turn transparent. If it is still hard in the centre, it is not totally cook. Do add hot water if it gets too sticky when cooking.
