Lemongrass and Ginger Cookbook Featured in Flavours Magazine
Hello people! How are we doing? I am doing well and have been enjoying sunny weather in London! I am so pleased that the sun is back and brings us some warmth! That makes me full of energy and thus I’ve been doing a lot of cooking lately – there are so many great recipes and photos that I really can’t wait to share!
Though there is no recipe today, I am really happy to share a great piece of feature that has been published in Flavours Magazine – a Malaysia’s bi-monthly premier magazine on good food and fine dining, with recipes of local and international cuisines, interviews with renowned gourmets, snippets on nutrition and a directory of restaurants and eating spots in town.
I have been interviewed by the editor, talking about my cookbook, food styling and photography. Besides, 4 of the recipes in Lemongrass & Ginger are featured too! Those that can get hold the magazine, I hope you purchase a copy. 😉
I am going to keep this short and simple as I need to get my packing done. Yup, will be away for the weekend to France. However, I will update my Facebook and Twitter, so you guys know what I am up to! I hope you will enjoy reading the feature, click the picture to enlarge. Have a great week guys!

On Amazon, the one that is released on 03/04 is US edition and 12/04 is the UK edition. 😉
I have just been browsing through your cookbook – congratulations! Wow so many recipes I have been wanting to try or get the recipe for! Okinomiyaki, and so many of the Malaysian recipes that bring back happy memories of the trip i did there with my daughters earlier in the year. I also love that you have the recipes for all the spice pastes at the back. thank you for a wonderful book. what a treasure!
