Chawan Mushi won the DMBLGIT Feb08
I am delighted that one of the shots that I took for Chawan Mushi has won the DMBLGIT Feb 08 (Does my blog look good in this?) award, in aesthetics category.

Not only does this dish look good, the recipe is excellent. While homebound yesterday because of an ice storm, I made this custard for lunch in 20 minutes, including steaming time, using bonito stock instead of chicken granules. I couldn’t be more pleased with the result and want to thank you for your generosity in sharing this recipe.

Great idea to use bonito stock, I should try using this next time to see! I love Chawan Mushi very much!
