My Basil Beef Noodle Featured in BBC Olive Magazine
I have been waiting for the new issue of BBC Olive Magazine as I was informed that I would be featured in the magazine with my recipe and the little story behind it. I finally got hold of the December’s issue and couldn’t wait to flip through.
So, the recipe that I love, which isย Basil & Black Pepper Beef with Egg Noodles that I posted a while ago. Beef and basil are really good combo. With hint of black pepper makes it even better.
Basil beef is a very common Thai dish. It is a day-to-day dish that is usually eaten with boiled rice. For a change, I made mine with egg noodles.
