
I believe in healthy eating on a daily basis – less salt intake, use olive oil, less sugar intake, avoid deep-frying food possible.. etc. Thus, a bowl of vegs and fruits brings more good than harm and it doesn’t take a lot of time to prepare.
There are times where I want to have my food quick yet it has be to good. Salad always come to my mind. It’s always good to start a meal with a bowl of salad, which is said to rev up one’s appetite. I love salads – all sorts. Not only they fill me up but it makes me feel less guilty sometimes when I think I have eaten too much.
Combination of flavours is very important in making salad. Thus, I thought Melon, Tomatoes, Mozzarella & Lettuce Salad would be great choice of combination. Melon, Tomatoes, Mozzarella & Lettuce Salad salad took probably less than 15 minutes to prepare.
If you are still on salad meals…do try my mango and lobster (can use prawns instead). It is very refreshing and delish. Anyway, I love those little cheese balls and nice colors on the plate. 🙂
